Recently, the first set of BPJ1-16 intelligent frequency-conversion equalizing fan of Shendong Coal under China Energy was put into use in the Shigetai coal mine to improve the workplace environment for employees, enhance work efficiency, and promote safe production.
The equalizing fan, which features remote control and automatic control, can adjust its speed according to changes in the excavation distance and achieve functions like real-time precaution, manual-automatic control, on-demand and safe ventilation, and disaster prevention and reduction. Through adjusting the operating frequency of its convertor, people can control the rotation speed of the fan to ensure it operates in the best conditions, achieve on-demand ventilation of the heading face, and reduce the failure rate of ventilation equipment.
